A lovely flat of about 70sqm, with a large private terrace and a wonderful green area with swimming pool! The flat is already equipped with all the necessary comforts including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, household appliances and utensils and much more!
Our flats are equipped with SMART LOCK locks so you can self check-in at your preferred time with a simple tap on your smartphone! Immediately after booking you will receive an email from the VIKEY service with the procedure to complete the online check-in and activate the smart lock for the duration of your stay. During online check-in you will have to pay via the STRIPE service the city tax of 2.00 euro / day / per person, for a maximum of 7 days. Guests under 14 years of age do not have to pay the tax.

The name Wolf House, derives from the name of our German shepherd who lived with us for 16 years, to whom we have decided to dedicate the flats we manage in his memory.
Wolf's 4-legged friends will therefore always be welcome with us, as long as we do our utmost to keep the environment tidy and clean, and respect the regulations as well as the other inhabitants of the residence where Wolf House is located.
(N.B. We only accept dogs, no other animals). We will be at your complete disposal for any service and information you may require.
