We are Alberto and Lara, two young hosts, born and raised on Lake Garda!

Our flats are equipped with SMART LOCK locks so you can self check-in at your preferred time with a simple tap on your smartphone! Immediately after booking you will receive an email from VIKEY with the procedure to complete the online check-in and activate the smart lock for the duration of your stay.
During online check-in you will have to pay via the STRIPE service the city tax of 2.00 euro / day / per person, for a maximum of 7 days. Guests under 14 years of age do not have to pay the tax. For any further information please do not hesitate to contact us We look forward to hosting you!
Payment:
When booking, you will be asked to pay 100% of the amount of your stay in advance via your preferred method of payment.
Cancellations:
In case of cancellation of the reservation no later than 7 days before check-in, 100% of the reservation will be REFUNDED.
In case of cancellation of the reservation BEFORE 7 days before check-in, 100% of the reservation will NOT be REFUNDED (WE WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUND).
