The space in detail
PRIVATE TERRACE: The large private terrace has an area of about 25 sqm and extends on the side of the living room. Facing west, it is overlooked by the living area and the kitchen, which are therefore particularly well-lit in the later hours of the day. Equipped with every comfort, it can be shaded on three sides by the fabric sunshade curtains as well as the centuries-old pine trees. Comfortable 0-gravity loungers are ideal for enjoying unforgettable moments of relaxation accompanied by a wonderful soak in the heated whirlpool bath! We would also like to remind you that the whirlpool is active every day from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 3.30 p.m. to 10 p.m. After these times, the device will automatically switch off so as not to disturb the neighbours with the noise of the whirlpool in operation.
IMPORTANT: for security and insurance reasons, we would like to inform you that video surveillance devices are positioned on the outside terrace that ONLY frame the area around the entrance gate to the terrace and the outside perimeter of the terrace, in order to deter any intrusions from the outside.

INFINITY POOL (SHARED) The residence's large pool (shared) is open seasonally from about mid-May to about the beginning of October (depending on weather conditions). When in operation, the large pool will be available from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. Our swimming pool is located in the side garden of the residence, which can also be conveniently accessed from the terrace. It is set in a lovely, well-maintained lawn surrounded by hedges, where you can place your sun loungers and parasols. The solarium area around the pool is fenced off and equipped with life-saving devices and a sun shower. The pool is approximately 8 x 4 metres, with a depth ranging from 90 cm to 160 cm. It is open seasonally from about mid-May to about the end of September/beginning of October.
DOUBLE ROOM: Our double room is the room that, more than any other, is equipped with every comfort, ready for you to experience a holiday of rest and tranquillity! Furnished in a modern and elegant style, it has a large double bed with a comfortable mattress and memory foam pillows, ideal for waking up rested and relaxed. In order to provide you with maximum comfort, we have equipped the room with a handy mirrored wardrobe, with a chest of drawers and luggage storage area. A LED lighting system embedded in the headboard and a central designer chandelier with integrated ventilation fan create a unique atmosphere. A 32’ smart TV with “picture” effect for viewing from the bed and convenient USB sockets recessed in the perete for recharging your devices are all you will need to enjoy your evenings at Wolf House - Peschiera Holiday -. BEDROOM WITH BUNK BED: Every child's dream? Sleeping in a bunk bed! Our children's room is the ideal environment for rest, study and play for Wolf's little friends :-D! Equipped with a fantastic bunk bed, with a ladder and protection on the side and for the upper bed, equipped with 2 comfortable drawers as well as an open chest of drawers where you can store your clothes, it directly overlooks the swimming pool with an enchanting view! You will find traditional games as well as a fantastic PS4 console, ready for you to experience a dream holiday! In order to optimise the space and services offered, we have also placed a very convenient ‘DRYER’ inside a foldaway cabinet next to the bunk bed. On request we can also provide a very comfortable cot for newborn babies.
LIVING AREA: The living area is characterised by minimalist-style furnishings that lend the room elegance and modernity, illuminated by a large fine- stre door opening onto the terrace that allows a glimpse of the greenery and the Mini SPA. A very comfortable and high-quality Italian handcrafted 4-seater sofa, upholstered in powder grey fabric with an adjustable angle headboard, combined with 2 poufs that can be used as a peninsula, are placed in front of a 55’ Samsung smart TV. Everything you need to enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation after lunch or dinner. KITCHEN: Essential, modern, elegant. The space is exploited to the full with an essential corner composition that develops vertically with the wall units arranged to exploit all available space. It is equipped with modern and stylish appliances such as a white total no frost fridge, a silent dishwasher as well as a modern oven and a designer glass hood! LUNCH AREA: The dining area is characterised by minimalist-style furnishings that lend the room elegance and modernity, illuminated by a large French window overlooking the terrace that allows a glimpse of the greenery and the mini hydromassage spa. A round glass table with satin-finish metal legs plays the starring role, accompanied by comfortable black faux leather chairs. A DAIKIN split air conditioner or a convenient mosquito net in the French window will allow you to enjoy cool lunches and dinners without giving up the view!
BATHROOM: The sanitary facilities consist of a comfortable, windowed bathroom, equipped with a glass shower cubicle with a large, modern shower head and convenient separate hand shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin with drawers and illuminated mirror. Winter heating is controlled remotely via a state-of-the-art Wi-Fi thermostat, while cooling is guaranteed by a powerful Daikin air-conditioner!
AIR CONDITIONER: The flat is equipped with a daikin air conditioner with a single split positioned in the hall, capable of cooling the entire flat. During the summer, the air conditioner allows the flat to reach a maximum temperature of around twenty degrees. By leaving the air conditioner on during the day, the coolness will also reach the bedrooms. The master bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan embedded in the room's chandelier. We also provide two other portable fans to better distribute the cool air from the air conditioner to the rooms in the house. Access for guests All our facilities are equipped with a SMART- LOCK lock that will allow you to comfortably access the flat independently, without the need for traditional keys. At the time of booking you will receive a message from the Vikey service through which you can check in online and also pay the tax directly, so you will have no more worries when you arrive! Other things to keep in mind Please note that it is compulsory to check in online before your arrival. The name Wolf House, derives from the name of our German shepherd who lived with us for 16 years, to whom we have decided to dedicate the flats we manage in his memory.
Wolf's 4-legged friends will therefore always be welcome with us, as long as we do our utmost to keep the environment tidy and clean, and respect the regulations as well as the other inhabitants of the residence where Wolf House is located. (N.B. We only accept dogs, no other animals).
We will be at your complete disposal for any service and information you may require. We will make you live your dream holiday on Lake Garda making you feel at home!
Wolf House is directly connected both to the road leading to the beach (50 metres) and to the main road linking Peschiera to Sirmione, along which you can find the best supermarkets (Lidl and Eurospin 30 metres) restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, bars, pastry shops and shops, all within easy walking distance in just one minute.
At the side of the road a wonderful panoramic bicycle path runs along the lake.
The nearest beach is Porto Fornaci, only 50 metres away, which can be easily reached on foot and is equipped with bars and restaurants.
A visit to the famous town of Peschiera del Garda (2 km) is a must; with its historical walls surrounded by the waters of the lake and the river Mincio, it has been nominated a UNESCO heritage site.
A tour to the castle of Sirmione, surrounded by the waters of the lake, is not to be missed! Here you will find the thermal baths directly overlooking the lake 'Aquaria' and the caves of Catullus (5 km). For the youngest visitors, Wolf House is an opportunity to visit the lake's famous theme parks, including Gardaland, Legoland, Gardaland SeaLife Aquarium, Movieland, Canevaworld, Medieval Times, and many others, just a 10-minute drive away.
Wolf House Peschiera Holiday has private indoor parking (in a communal garage with reserved parking space) free of charge. Outside the main gate there is also free outdoor parking reserved for guests and free public parking.
The nearest train station is in Peschiera del Garda, only 3 km away, from which Verona, Desenzano and Brescia can be reached in only 15 minutes by train.
Larger cities such as Venice and Milan are only about an hour away by train.
Only 100 metres from Wolf House you will find a bus stop that conveniently connects Brescia and Verona via Peschiera, Sirmione and Desenzano.
For bicycle lovers, just 20 metres away you will find a cycle path that runs along Lake Garda and connects Desenzano, Peschiera The nearest motorway exits are Peschiera (3km) and Sirmione (5km). The nearest airport is Verona and is only 25 minutes away by car (25km).
