A stylish central chandelier with integrated fan, operated by remote control, creates a unique atmosphere. A 40” Smart TV for viewing from the bed and power sockets with USB ports near the nightstands allow you to recharge your devices easily—everything you need to enjoy your vacation at The Red House – Verona Holiday & Business. The master bedroom is air-conditioned with a dedicated split. It is also equipped with triple-glazed windows with mosquito nets and a blackout and sound-absorbing curtain to minimize outside noise. AIR CONDITIONING: The apartment is equipped with two split air conditioners—one in the living area and one in the master bedroom. WINDOWS AND MOSQUITO NETS: The apartment features modern triple-glazed windows that provide excellent thermal and acoustic insulation from street noise. The apartment features a fantastic smart system that allows you to open the pedestrian gate and the front door KeyBox directly from your smartphone. High-speed fiber optic internet is provided through a modern Fritz!Box router. Heating in winter is controlled remotely via a next-generation Wi-Fi thermostat, while the cooling is ensured by two powerful air conditioners, also remote-controlled. We also offer a modern and convenient video intercom. The entrance area is under video surveillance for safety reasons.
PARKING: The apartment has a parking spot right in front of the building. You can park your car in one of the spaces inside the reserved lot.
IMPORTANT: It is strictly forbidden to park in front of the two motorized gates.
NOTE:
The apartment features a fantastic smart system that allows you to open the pedestrian gate and the KeyBox at the entrance door directly from your smartphone. After completing online check-in, you will receive full instructions to access the apartment. These instructions will also contain the link to your virtual key. By clicking the link, two buttons will appear on your smartphone screen: “Gate” will open the pedestrian gate, while “Apartment door” will open the KeyBox mounted on the apartment door so you can retrieve the physical keys to open the double door of the apartment. The Red House – Verona Holiday is on the ground floor of the building; the entrance is directly in front of you once inside the pedestrian gate.
Please note: The apartment does not have terraces or balconies. Smokers must exit the apartment to smoke. The area between the entrance door and the pedestrian gate is shared with the other building residents. Also, please be aware that it is strictly FORBIDDEN TO ORGANIZE PARTIES OR DISTURB THE NEIGHBORS with loud music or other types of noise.
In case of non-compliance with the rules, we reserve the right to terminate the stay without any refund. Inside the apartment, you will find the full house rules with all the necessary information to enjoy your stay while respecting the space and other residents in the building.
