The apartment consists of 2 large bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds, a living area with a double sofa bed, 55" Smart TV and air conditioner, open-plan kitchen and indoor dining table, a modern bathroom with all amenities, a large private terrace with outdoor dining table, and a fantastic swimming pool with solarium and surrounding garden.

- DOUBLE BEDROOM
Our double bedroom is the most comfortable room, ready to give you a holiday full of rest and tranquility! Furnished in a modern and elegant style, it features a large double bed with a memory foam mattress and double pillows, ideal for waking up relaxed. For maximum comfort, the room also includes a large 6-door mirrored wardrobe, a suitcase stand, and a dresser. The room has a bright French door overlooking the terrace, which offers a partial view of Lake Garda. A central designer chandelier with LED lighting and an integrated ceiling fan (remote controlled) creates a unique atmosphere. A 43” Smart TV with an adjustable arm for bed viewing completes the room. Please note: the maximum number of guests in this accommodation is 6 people.
- BEDROOM WITH SINGLE BEDS
The second bedroom offers two single beds that can be joined to form another double bed. Furnished in modern and elegant style, it features a 3-door wardrobe and a fantastic 43” Smart TV. A large window lights up the room with a view over the peaceful green surroundings. Please note: the maximum number of guests in this accommodation is 6 people.
- BATHROOM
The bathroom is comfortable and well-equipped, with a window, shower cabin, toilet, bidet, sink with drawers, and illuminated mirror. There is also a small laundry area with a washing machine, cleaning supplies, a drying rack, and an iron with board. Included upon arrival: Towel kit, Hairdryer, Courtesy soaps, 2 toilet paper rolls, Cleaning products, First aid kit.
- LIVING ROOM
The living area features minimal-style furniture that adds elegance and modernity, lit by two large French doors opening onto the spacious terrace. A super comfortable sofa bed with integrated mattress in dark sand fabric is positioned in front of a 55” Smart TV with internet connection, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube, as well as a PlayStation 4 game console! The sofa quickly transforms into a French double bed (140x190) with a real mattress. For added comfort, a memory foam topper is provided. The area is air-conditioned with a dedicated split unit – everything you need for relaxing moments after lunch or dinner.
- KITCHEN
Essential, modern, and elegant. The space is optimized with a vertical corner layout that makes full use of available space. The stainless-steel sink and induction hob are built into a dark marble-effect countertop. Equipped with modern appliances: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, "Dolcegusto Nescafé" coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, and blender. The colors were chosen to ensure harmony and continuity with the rest of the living area, maintaining brightness and a consistent style.
- DINING AREA
At the center of the room is an elegant extendable glass-top dining table with comfortable industrial-style chairs and a fantastic designer chandelier. The perfect setting for enjoying meals for up to 6 people, cooled by the air conditioning.
- PRIVATE TERRACE
The spacious private terrace is about 15 sqm and stretches along the side of the living room. An outdoor dining table for 6 and two fantastic deck chairs are ideal for enjoying unforgettable moments of relaxation! The entrance, living room, and kitchen all face the terrace, which receives sunlight throughout the day. The canopy provides shade at all hours.
- SHARED POOL
The residence's swimming pool (shared) is just steps from our apartment and is open seasonally from around mid-May to early October (weather permitting). It is surrounded by a well-kept lawn and hedges, perfect for sunbathing. The solarium area around the pool is fenced and equipped with safety equipment and a solar shower. The pool measures 10 x 4 m, with a depth ranging from 90 cm to 160 cm. There’s also a smaller shallow pool ideal for young children.
- AIR CONDITIONING AND FANS
To make your stay unforgettable, we have equipped the apartment with an air conditioning split. Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans controlled by remote. Main windows are equipped with magnetic mosquito screens to prevent insects from entering.
- SMART HOME
At Lumia House – Peschiera Holiday, technology makes life easier! The apartment has a Smart system that lets you open the pedestrian gate and the entrance door directly from your smartphone. High-speed fiber optic internet is guaranteed via a modern and powerful router! Winter heating is managed remotely through a next-generation Wi-Fi thermostat, while cooling is provided by a remotely controlled air conditioner.
- PUBLIC PARKING
The apartment has convenient free public parking (white lines) outside the residence, near the entrance gate of Residence Quadrivium. The parking area is equipped with two public electric car charging stations.

Exit at the Peschiera del Garda toll booth. At the roundabout, follow the signs to Peschiera town center. After about one kilometer, you will see McDonald's on the left. Just after McDonald's, turn left into Via Giovanni Paolo II. The residence is at number 8.
